So, Ladies and Gentlemen, this afternoons Brunch consisted of my version of Tamagoyaki (Japanese pan fried Eggs).

After seeing a demo video recently on YouTube I thought I’d try my hand at it!

I used a mini square non-stick skillet ($3.99) and my seasonings. Totally American…added, Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices (mini squares precut) and Canadian Bacon (cooked rolled and sliced).

I’m so pleased with the ease of this dish and even more how easy it was to make! The no mess procedure and no mess eating works for me! I will definitely be HAPPILY preparing my Omelettes this way again!!!

Less is truly more!

Peace Be Your Journey…

Sometimes it’s all about appliances, utensils and just the tools that help us around the kitchen. I found these two mini skillets for $3.99!!!! Literally the pan is a bit bigger than my hand (and I have small hands) and sometimes it’s just the little things isn’t it?
